A quarter beef divided up and delivered each month requires only your current refrigerator’s freezer. You need less than 1 cubic feet of freezer space.

Your beef arrives each month after the date you were charged. Start the program on the 15th of the month? Your box will be delivered after the 15th each month.

Order Today – Order your first box, and we’ll deliver it the following Monday or Tuesday. After that, your box will arrive every month after the same date you signed up.

Matt coordinates cow movements, cattle feed rations, calving schedules and everything in between for Rattlesnake. Marci raises their two girls at home, while helping with Rattlesnake Meat Company.

How We Raise Our Cattle
Rotational Grazing – Cattle are frequently moved to fresh pasture, improving soil health, weed control, and disease prevention.
Self-Selected Grazing – On native grass pastures, cattle choose their own forage, leading to better nutrition and healthier herds.
Regenerative Practices – After harvest, cattle return to fields to restore nitrogen and carbon, enriching the soil naturally.
