The king of steaks, 21-day aged and grill-ready.1lb Shaved Beef-Sometimes this cut doesn’t even make it onto a Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Matt will eat it straight from the griddle.
1 pack Minute Steaks-Thin, tender cuts for Cowboy Sandwiches (Matt’s all-time favorite – recipe included!)
2lbs Ground Beef (85/15)- The most slept-on cut in the box. Once you try our 21-day aged ground beef, you’ll never settle for grocery store again.
